What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Scheduler position at Pacific Hearth & Home Inc.?
Pacific Hearth & Home in Rancho Cordova is a growing general contractor and design center specializing in fireplace replacement and installation. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Production Manager to join our team!
Primary job responsibilities include:
· Coordinating the on-time and on-budget completion of projects according to the initial job files and any addenda or changes made during the time the job is open.
· Updating project files through timely and accurate communication with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Production Crews, Vendors, and Homeowners externally.
· Coordinates with Production Foreman to schedule daily activities of the production team; Implement processes and procedures to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly job activities are successfully completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
· Must have experience in scheduling and production, and general construction knowledge.
· Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Valid CA Driver License
· Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Able to perform mathematical calculations.
· Capable of understanding blueprints and CAD
· Proficient with Office software; familiarity with QuickBooks
· Time Management & prioritization skills in a customer-oriented environment
· Basic computer skills, as well as experience using printers, fax machines and photocopy machines.
· Ability to read, write, and speak English

· $28-$36 per hour
