REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Commercial trade work
- Experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of commercial service operations
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to read work orders and understand repairs performed
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
