Job description:
Construction Administrative Assistant will assist with administration and coordination of Tenant Improvement and Maintenance work in a campus of large Class A Commercial Buildings located in West Hollywood. The buildings are owned and managed by our company and all work performed will be within the property.
DUTIES:
Assist with Scheduling and Coordinating Construction and Maintenance Work throughout the buildings
Vendor/Contractor Qualification/Insurance Verification
Manage Tenant Relations and respond to inquiries and requests
Perform Billing and Invoicing
Process Purchase Orders for Construction and Maintenance Work
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a Must
Other Standard office software such as Outlook
2 Year Experience in Property Management or Administrative Field
Local Candidates ONLY for Immediate Hire
