Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Events role based at Pacific Design Center in Beverly Hills, CA. The Events team member will coordinate and execute a variety of events, including screenings, exhibitions, lectures, industry meetings, and private receptions. Daily responsibilities include managing event timelines, communicating with internal teams and external partners, arranging logistics such as catering, audiovisual needs, room setups, and vendor coordination. The role will also support event marketing efforts, including preparing event materials, updating calendars, and assisting with digital and on-site promotions. Additional tasks include responding to event inquiries, providing on-site event support and guest services, monitoring event spaces to ensure quality standards, and assisting with post-event reporting and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning skills, including coordination of logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site event execution.
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming, professional experience for guests, clients, and partners.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal stakeholders, vendors, and event attendees.
- Event Marketing and Sales skills to support event promotion, audience engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple events and priorities, and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
- Proficiency with common office software; experience with event management or CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a related field; familiarity with design, arts, or entertainment sectors is beneficial.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
