Entry Level Assistant Manager

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the leadership team to build and maintain business relationships, support sales growth, and foster customer retention. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will identify opportunities for sales growth, ensuring that customers will receive dependable and trusted value from AT&T’s array of connectivity services that fits their budget, needs, and overall success.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Create effective sales plans to engage the right customers for the brand
• Attract potential customers and maintain sales funnel until customer is ready to purchase
• Consult with customers to identify their wireless requirements and present the right product or service
• Discuss AT&T offers, promotions, pricing, benefits, and terms to finalize agreements
• Manage sales documentation by tracking sales transactions and accurately recording details
• Represent AT&T’s values through integrity and trustworthiness
• Continue to improve skills, product knowledge, and techniques through training and market research
• Hit individual or team sales target by identifying opportunities to cross/upsell
• Build and maintain customer relationships through rapport, clear communication, and positive attitude

Entry Level Assistant Manager Skills and Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• High School graduate or higher
• 6 months to 1 year in sales or related jobs such as customer service, hospitality, service industry, tech support, marketing, and administrative.
• Willing to work in an in-person sales environment
• Great at starting conversations and has good communication skills
• Negotiation skills

This sales position is a full-time employment position in Woodland Hills, CA and nearby territories. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers.

• Pay: Commission pay. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
• Clients & Products: We work with wireless, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services for AT&T.
