Entry Level Account Assistant

Pacific Crest Consulting is an Authorized AT&T Dealer seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Account Assistant. As an Entry Level Account Assistant, you'll represent AT&T through in-person customer interactions, helping customers find the right wireless and connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

What You'll Do as Entry Level Account Assistant

• Represent AT&T through in-person customer interactions.
• Generate new sales by building relationships with prospective customers.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and technology.
• Open new customer accounts and complete applications accurately.
• Maintain customer account information and sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Learn and apply effective sales and customer service strategies through ongoing training.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems.
• Maintain a professional image while representing the AT&T brand.

Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Assistant position

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and building professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and promotional events.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
