Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles with a strong background in industrial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff towards achieving high performance standards.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff and clients.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus.
