Warehouse Services Associate

Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is currently hiring a parts warehouse service associate in San Jose, California. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and execute all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.Coordinate with freight companies to schedule pickups, deliveries, and handle urgent or expedited shipments.Stock, organize, and rotate inventory to ensure optimal flow and warehouse efficiency.Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.Monitor and replenish warehouse and office supplies as needed.Prepare, stage, and fulfill customer orders, including daily will call pickups.Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.Willingness to occasionally work overtime and weekends as business needs require.SKILLSMinimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.Comfortable using ERP systems and standard office software.Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
