Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow masonry and stucco sales within the Dallas or Denver territory.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct onsite job visits to understand project requirements and recommend the right products.
- Provide accurate product knowledge, pricing, quotes, and material availability.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain detailed customer records and activity logs in CRM systems.
- Stay informed on local market trends, competitor products, and industry changes.
- Participate in vendor trainings, trade shows, and regional industry events.
- Develops and builds strong relationships with current customers while pursuing and growing business with new customers. .
- Clearly articulates to our customers the benefits of our products and added value of our services.
- Demonstrates the desire to become an expert in the industry in order to build better customer relationships.
- Attends trade association meetings as deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
- Prior outside sales experience in masonry, stucco, or construction materials required or strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of masonry and stucco products, installation processes, and project needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
