What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE?
OBJECTIVE
To complete the daily deposit processes for all sites and companies. To assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the monthly financial statements, completing spreadsheets, and reconciling specific accounts.
REPORTS TO
Finance Director
STATUS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Regular business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Schedule may vary.
