Role Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for handling court appearances across a range of cases, with a strong focus on family law matters including divorce, custody, modification, and enforcement proceedings. You will work closely with senior and associate attorneys who oversee case strategy, client relationships, and overall case management. Your role will be to represent the firm and our clients in court, ensuring strong, prepared, and effective advocacy at every appearance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Attorney
• Litigation experience required; Family Law experience preferred
• Admitted to the Oregon State Bar
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of court appearances
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Positive, growth-oriented attitude

Compensation & Job Type:

• $120,000 - $180,000 total compensation per year
• Full Time Exempt Salaried
• The exact salary within the specified range will depend on experience and skill level, with additional monthly bonus opportunities available
