Project Manager – Multi-Family Housing

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, submittals, contracts, drawings, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Track and process orders, bids, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely project updates.
- Support sales team with bid entry and order follow-up.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read plans and execute takeoffs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excel Experience is a must
