Key Responsibilities
- Visit homes to assess energy efficiency needs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating home energy services.
- Document inspections and prepare simple reports.
- Educate families about energy-saving programs and benefits.
- Ensure safety and program guidelines are followed.
- Must be fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
- High School Diploma or GED or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- Willingness to complete paid training.
