Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Teamcenter Consultant to join our cross-functional automotive consulting team. In this role, you will be a key driver in designing, implementing, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter solutions to meet complex IT process requirements for industry-leading clients.
- Role Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Analyze existing systems and gather business requirements to define IT processes and create detailed design specifications.
- Implementation: Execute Siemens Teamcenter solutions through strategic configuration and technical customization.
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a Subject Matter Expert within cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact PLM solutions for the automotive sector.
- Project Support: Collaborate with Solution Architects to support the creation of technical proposals for new Teamcenter initiatives.
- Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks, propose technical optimizations, and present innovative solutions to enhance platform performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Provide ongoing high-level maintenance and support for enterprise Teamcenter environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proven practical experience with Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace integrations.
- Experience: Solid background in Teamcenter maintenance, support, and system implementation.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computing, or a comparable technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred (Optional) Skills:
- Proficiency with NX or CATIA modeling software.
- General knowledge of the broader Siemens ecosystem, specifically Polarion.
- Experience working within the automotive industry or similar large-scale manufacturing environments.
