POSITION OVERVIEW
This role sits within the Enterprise Data Solutions department, reporting directly to the Director of Data Management. The incumbent will solve complex data-intensive solution delivery challenges for the client by analyzing business requirements, designing robust relational and non-relational database schemas, and supporting scalable ETL and Spark pipelines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze complex business processes and data flows to define detailed requirements that guide the design of scalable data solutions aligned with enterprise objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models, designing and refining relational and non-relational database schemas to support reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate end-to-end database installation activities by collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to ensure stable environments and reliable data availability.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored logic, alongside defining and validating robust ETL workflows and Spark-based data processing techniques.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to protect analytical accuracy while providing ongoing support and technical documentation for stakeholders.
