Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned OpenText Consultant to serve as a Technical Lead for a major enterprise engagement with 3M. This role requires a specialist with deep expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM (xECM) for SAP. You will be responsible for the design, administration, and optimization of the OpenText ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and high-level technical support for mission-critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Lead the administration of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, and xECM for SAP.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert for xECM concepts and their integration with SAP products.
- Development & Customization: Deliver hands-on expertise in Web Reports, Live Reports, Active Views, and complex Workflows.
- Architecture & Database: Leverage Oracle Database and OpenText Schema knowledge to optimize performance and data integrity.
- Operational Support: Provide L2/L3 support, fulfilling service requests and driving incident resolution using KEDB (Known Error Database) standards.
- System Maintenance: Oversee SAP ILM and operations within Linux environments to ensure 99.9% application uptime.
Required Technical Skills
- OpenText Archive Server & Archive Center.
- OpenText Content Server (OTCS) / Livelink.
- OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) Foundation.
- Core Logic: O-Script, Web Reports, and Live Reports.
- Database: Oracle SQL and OpenText Schema mapping.
- OS: Extensive experience with Linux Operating Systems.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Content Server; ideally 14 years of total IT experience.
- Lead Experience: Proven ability to act as a Technical Lead for large-scale enterprise migrations or implementations.
- SAP Integration: Background in xECM for SAP is mandatory.
- Support Excellence: Demonstrated experience in application monitoring, incident resolution, and maintaining end-user satisfaction
