POSITION OVERVIEW

Operating within the enterprise technology division and reporting to the Application Support Manager, this position provides critical L2/L3 production support and software enhancement for mission-critical enterprise applications, solving complex technical incidents to ensure high availability and stability for business operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L2/L3 support for production applications | Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions | Monitor application performance, availability, and stability.

• Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management activities | Support deployments, releases, and production rollouts.

• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholder teams to address complex system bottlenecks.

• Develop software enhancements, patches, and bug fixes as needed to maintain optimal application functionality.
