Job Title: Union Mobile Route Technician (Maintenance)
Location: Lynnwood, WA 98037
Duration: 5 Months (Contract to HIRE)
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Climbing ladders
- Need to be able to lift 50 lbs
- Will be on their feet all day
- Safety around mechanical and electrical is top priority
- Candidate will need to provide own safety boots, other PPE will be provided
- There will be client interaction so high level of professionalism and customer service required
Team Overview:
- Need to be able to work independently and as a team
Resource's typical working day:
- Creating and assigning work orders and PM's
- Vendor oversight
- organizing and scheduling the team
- Awareness of safety requirements
- Organizing the team and safety needs
- Receiving and distributing packages
Licenses/Certifications:
- Limited electrician license preferred
- EPA 608 license preferred
Must Have Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, internet equipment
- BMS experience
- Familiar with chillers
- CRAC experience
- CRAH experience
- Large generators and parallel switch gear
- Large UPSs with batteries
- PDU experience
- Static switches
Nice to have skills:
- Able to perform IR scans
- Familiarity with safety working around live electrical gear
Years of Experience:
- 2 or 5 years
Education
- H.S. diploma or GED, trade school preferred
Software skills:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Word
- Excel
- Work order system
Interview Process:
- 1st round phone screen or virtual interview (Teams)
- 2nd round in-person with a site tour
