Duration: 12 months (Temp-to-Hire)
Shift: Primarily 3rd shift (9:45 PM–6:00 AM). Training provided on 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain conveyors, chains, gears, bearings, and power transmission equipment.
- Perform fabrication and support equipment reliability.
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of conveyors and industrial machinery.
- Hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Preferred: Corrugated manufacturing, paper mill, or industrial production experience. Forklift, rigging, boiler, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus.
