SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️4–5 years of core Software Engineering experience with robust Python development skills

✔️2–3 years of production-level experience implementing Generative AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs)

✔️Hands-on experience developing agentic workflows and automated code/pipeline generation systems via prompt engineering

✔️Strong foundation in software design patterns, modularized code architecture, and unit testing frameworks

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems OR 8 years of equivalent professional experience

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Cloud platform experience, specifically utilizing AWS services for AI/ML workloads

✔️Front-end engineering familiarity with modern frameworks such as React or Angular

✔️Familiarity with DevOps best practices, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

✔️Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision

✔️R&D curiosity regarding emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, quantum computing)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Generative AI & Agentic Systems Engineer for a high-priority, onsite engagement in Charlotte, NC. This role sits within a dynamic innovation function, focused on building bleeding-edge applications that automate code, data pipeline, and web application generation via generative prompts. The selected expert will also spearhead the enhancement of enterprise contact center operations through advanced AI integrations, executing technical delivery in strict alignment with enterprise AI governance and compliance policies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications that automatically generate code, pipelines, and web deployments via generative prompt engineering and advanced agentic architectures.

✔️Design and integrate production-ready Generative AI solutions into contact center operations to measurably enhance operational efficiency and consumer experience metrics.

✔️Write exceptionally clean, maintainable, scalable, and modular code by consistently applying modern software design principles, design patterns, and robust unit testing frameworks.

✔️Optimize, fine-tune, and benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks for maximum performance, accuracy, and operational scalability.

✔️Partner with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of AI-powered tools while providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
