POSITION OVERVIEW
Operating within the Quality Engineering and Enterprise Architecture department and reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this executive role solves critical enterprise challenges regarding software delivery velocity and quality. The architect will spearhead the transformation of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) by integrating advanced Generative and Agentic AI solutions to drastically reduce manual testing effort, enhance test coverage, and accelerate time-to-market.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the adoption of GenAI-powered automation across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) | Accelerate UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and agentic development platforms.
• Design and implement intelligent agents for test case generation, test design reviews, automation script creation, defect analysis, and self-healing automation.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions | Optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval workflows, and model orchestration patterns.
• Define and execute the GenAI adoption roadmap for Quality Engineering | Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, security frameworks, and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders including data scientists, ML engineers, and product owners | Mentor engineering and QA teams on GenAI best practices, agentic workflows, and AI safety principles.
