POSITION OVERVIEW
This role focuses on IT asset management, end-of-life (EOL) device replacement, inventory tracking, and production scheduling for laptops and desktops. The candidate will manage asset data using Excel and CMDB, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor device replacement progress, and prepare weekly reports and presentations to ensure all eligible devices are replaced within the required 60-day timeframe.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date EOL asset data and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly replacement schedules.
- Track device specifications, including manufacturer, model, processor, RAM, and SSD capacity.
- Monitor device replacement progress and ensure old devices are replaced within 60 days.
- Track device shipments, delivery locations, and assignment to the correct users.
- Monitor available inventory at designated configuration centers and eligible edge stockrooms..
