SKILLS REQUIRED:

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️8 years leading enterprise data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management projects in Banking

✔️Deep understanding of banking products, operational risk, data lineage, and financial regulatory compliance

✔️Hands-on management of enterprise-scale data transformation and remediation initiatives

✔️Framework design and execution for enterprise AI awareness, governance, and responsible AI adoption

✔️End-to-end Agile/Waterfall project delivery using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Power BI

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience for large-scale data and technology rollouts

✔️Establishment of data stewardship practices, metadata management, and critical data element (CDE) tracking

✔️Creation of executive dashboards, scorecards, and data quality KPI reporting models

✔️Facilitation of cross-functional steering committees and AI use-case prioritization workshops

✔️Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience to lead strategic data governance, data quality, and AI adoption initiatives onsite in Cleveland, OH. Sitting at the intersection of business, data management, and emerging technology within the Banking domain, this role will drive cross-functional programs designed to elevate data integrity, satisfy regulatory standards, and enable responsible AI integration. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing enterprise data transformations while communicating key risks, milestones, and program health directly to executive leadership.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔️Lead end-to-end delivery of data quality, governance, and transformation initiatives across banking operational units

✔️Define and execute data quality frameworks, root cause analysis, controls, monitoring, and metadata management

✔️Drive enterprise AI literacy, establish AI governance policies, and partner with tech teams to prioritize AI use cases

✔️Manage project plans, risk registers, budgets, metrics, and executive reporting across Jira and Azure DevOps

✔️Engage cross-functional steering committees to drive change management, data stewardship, and regulatory alignment
