Job Summary
Paceline is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Sewing Department as Sewer I team members. This is an entry-level manufacturing position supporting production through material handling, packing, and basic sewing department operations. No prior sewing experience required training provided.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow daily production travelers
- Verify correct materials are picked per production requirements
- Perform basic sewing department tasks, including:
- Turning semi-finished goods
- Washing and drying materials
- Operating heat press and cutting table
- Packing finished and semi-finished goods
- Track completed work on production travelers
- Enter daily production totals into JobBoss (ERP system)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Entry-level; manufacturing experience a plus but not required
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable and punctual
