We’re partnering with our client in Redmond seeking a Lead Data Analyst to support ERP, configurator, and master data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, collaborating across departments, and ensuring enterprise systems accurately support business operations.
What You’ll Be Doing…
• Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure configurator and master data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Configure and maintain product structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), item master data, and configurator logic to support manufacturing and Order-to-Cash operations
• Execute data maintenance projects by adding, updating, and correcting product, regulatory, and master data within ERP and configurator systems
• Develop documentation, work instructions, and process standards while supporting testing and implementation of system enhancements
• Partner with IT, Operations, Engineering, and Material Data Management teams to support ERP updates, configurator improvements, and data quality initiatives
• Analyze business processes, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend improvements to increase system efficiency and data integrity
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience supporting ERP systems, master data management, configurator systems, or business systems analysis
• Experience implementing, configuring, or maintaining ERP systems and enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and process improvement skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; Lean process improvement experience is a plus
Additional Details
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Rate: $47.00–$53.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule. Position will begin 100% onsite during onboarding and training, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
Contract Length: 18-month contract
