What You’ll Be Doing…
• Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, sales promotions, and installations
• Resolve customer claims and complaints professionally, fairly, and in accordance with company policies and consumer guidelines
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up
• Provide customers with information and resources to support product knowledge and customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and assist with process improvements based on customer feedback and survey results
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…
• 2 years of customer service, call center, customer support, or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Experience handling customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software and processes
Additional Details
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
