Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Charlotte, NC. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and analyze financial data to support decision-making. The role requires contributing to the organization's financial strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision-making
- Solid background in Accounting, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a financial controller or in a similar role is highly desirable
