Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller for a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, designing financial controls, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The Financial Controller will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting practices
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in interpreting financial data to support business goals
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and management
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
