In this role, you'll be responsible for spraying a variety of parts to precise tolerances and specifications using different types of paint. You must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Compensation range: $20.00-$31.00This is a full-time, first-shift position, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Benefits & PerksAt Pace, we invest in our employees' well-being and future. Exercise care in handling hazardous waste and follow the hazardous waste procedures.Replace filters and clean spray booth as required.Move materials and perform housekeeping as required.Skills and Experience:Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.Ability to follow work instructions.Performs jobs in a manner that minimizes hazards to self, others and the environment. Maintains a physical work environment that contributes to the well-being of others. Being aware of conditions or circumstances that affect one’s own safety or the safety of others.Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job.Required Experience:Two years industrial spray painting or equivalent.Must be able to pass respiratory physicalPhysical DemandsOccasionally moves equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.Must be able to Ascend/Descend stairs.Must be able to Sit, Stand, Walk, Climb, Stoop, Kneel.
