AUXILIARY PROGRAMS COORDINATOR
Pace Academy is an independent college preparatory school in Atlanta, with an enrollment of 1,150 students in Pre-First through 12th grade. We’re looking for an Auxiliary Programs Coordinator who’s equal parts organizer, problem-solver, and young-at-heart to help coordinate our after-school programs, summer camps, and Campus Store. This position reports to the Director of Auxiliary Programs and works closely with the Auxiliary Programs team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Think of this role as the ultimate behind-the-scenes conductor—keeping all the moving parts running smoothly while creating great experiences for students and the Pace community.
Help run the day-to-day logistics of after-school programs and summer camps, including working directly with students
Assist with supporting and supervising part-time staff and program leaders to keep programs engaging and organized
Keep things running smoothly with various databases for student registration, attendance, and billing
Be a friendly, helpful point of contact for parent questions
Assist with managing Campus Store operations—inventory, sales, and customer service
Assist with email communications
Pitch in wherever needed (because no two days are exactly the same!)

The Details
Full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position
Daily schedule from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, typically either 8:30 - 5:00 or 9:30 - 6:00; the scheduled hours may vary throughout the year
Requirements
High school diploma required, some college preferred
Prior experience working with elementary-age students and programs
Prior experience with customer service preferred
Proficiency in G-Suite and database systems preferred
Experience supervising part-time staff preferred
Must be punctual, self-motivated, and committed to the work schedule
Ability to occasionally work beyond 40 hours per week, including occasional nights and weekends
Working Conditions
Normal office work environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop and kneel
Work conditions include working outdoors in cold/hot temperatures
Light to moderate lifting up to 30 pounds may be required
