What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, LOCAL candidates only position at PA Transportation Services?
PA Transportation Services is seeking to fill a Paratransit Driver position in Levittown, PA. to transport Seniors to and from adult day care centers from Monday through Saturday, for the specific hours listed below.
7:30AM to 2:30PM, mandatory 1 hour Lunch break NOT included.
Saturdays are available:: 7:30am to 10:30am, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
35 hours per week including Saturdays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience driving a 14 passenger minibus safely and be comfortable with driving in Bucks County, and is comfortable transporting wheelchair based passenger or willing to be trained wheelchair loading and tie down.
- This individual shall be 23 years of age or older
- possess a clean driver’s license for at least 5 years, and not have been convicted of a crime which would bring into question the driver’s ability to transport clients safely. (Criminal, DMV Background check, Drug & Alcohol tests are required this position.)
- Maintain a strong attendance record, and must report to work on time
- Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures
- Attend mandatory trainings as needed for the job function
