The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is seeking a Labor Relations Associate to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Labor Relations Department.
In this role, you'll draft sensitive correspondence, support grievance tracking, manage scheduling and travel logistics, coordinate union negotiations, and maintain confidential labor relations records. You will also assist with budgeting, procurement, and SharePoint/website content management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 7 years of administrative experience, ideally in labor/legal/HR settings
- Strong Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information with discretion
