What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stakeholder Outreach Coordinator position at PA Flax Project?
PA Flax Project is seeking a strategic, organized, and relationship-driven Stakeholder Outreach Coordinator to perform outreach, CRM tracking, and regional partnership development. This role connects communications, data systems, and stakeholder engagement to advance PAFP's mission of rebuilding a regional flax fiber economy. This role will also work closely with our Director of Education as well as our Operations and Administrative Manager.
$100/hour
Contractual, no benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & CRM Management
- Organize and accurately track stakeholder data as required by grantor
- Track outcome and indicator metrics as required by grantor
- Generate reports and review progress with Director of Education regularly
- Support outreach strategies to stay aligned with company goals
Communication Coordination
- Align visual assets and use approved PAFP campaign materials across PAFP preferred marketing platforms. Manage a cross-platform marketing calendar aligned with the company's goals
Stakeholder & Network Development
Leverage PA Flax Project's existing and growing network with applicants network, connecting with:
- Growers with 10 acres
- End product users for off take at the mill, once operational (ex: textiles, green building, and bio-composites)
- Corporate and educational institutions for educational events
Qualifications:
- Experience and ability to share a proven record of success in coalition building, outreach, stakeholder engagement, and/or marketing coordination
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
- Strong written and communication skills
- Interest in sustainability, agriculture, fiber systems, and/or regional economies
