What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Operations position at P4S Golf?
About P4S Golf
P4S Golf is a performance-driven golf company with a singular mission: give players a clear, sustainable path to longevity in the game — lower scores, more distance, and less pain. Built on golf-specific training, physical therapy, and data-driven performance, we integrate mobility, strength, and biomechanics to help golfers swing faster, move better, and play at a higher level. Trusted by tour professionals and everyday players alike, P4S combines expert coaching, personalized programming, and measurable outcomes to redefine how golfers train, perform, and sustain their game over time.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Director of Operations to own our execution layer. This is a high-leverage leadership role for someone who builds systems, develops people, and drives organizational performance with precision and accountability.
You’ll lead four department directors — spanning Physical Therapy, Remote Coaching, Sales, and Marketing — and be responsible for overseeing department performance, system optimization, and leadership effectiveness. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Operations on strategic planning while ensuring day-to-day operations run at company standard.
What You’ll Own
• Own cross-departmental project timelines, deliverables, and quality of output
• Implement and manage company-wide project management systems and standard operating procedures
• Monitor departmental KPIs and financial performance — identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Partner with the VP of Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Partner with department directors to build the confidence, ownership, and decision-making capabilities that drive organizational independence
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of operations leadership experience, with direct oversight of managers or directors
• MBA strongly preferred — or equivalent, demonstrated business leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen: P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics
• A proven developer of people — someone who builds leaders, not just manages processes
• A systems thinker who creates structure and clarity in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, high-growth organization where ambiguity is the norm
• Genuine interest in health, fitness, or sports performance is a plus
