About the Role
• Program Design & Delivery: Build and update individualized strength, mobility, and speed programs through our training platform, ensuring each program aligns with the client’s golf goals, physical assessment data, and seasonal schedule
• Client Check-Ins & Progress Tracking: Conduct regular scheduled video check-ins to review progress, address form questions, adjust programming, and maintain accountability
• Fitness Assessments: Perform remote movement screenings and fitness evaluations to identify physical limiters affecting swing mechanics, power output, and injury risk
• Exercise Instruction & Form Review: Review client-submitted workout videos, provide detailed feedback on technique, and coach corrective movement patterns specific to golf performance
• Client Communication: Respond to client messages, questions, and concerns in a timely manner through the designated communication platform; maintain a high standard of responsiveness and service
• Data & Reporting: Log session notes, track client KPIs (strength benchmarks, speed metrics, assessment scores), and flag progress or concerns to the coaching team
• Collaboration: Coordinate with P4S Golf’s physical therapy and remote coaching teams to ensure a unified, whole-athlete approach for shared clients
• Retention & Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships through consistent engagement, celebrating milestones, and proactively re-engaging clients showing signs of disengagement
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
Experience in Strength/mobility Coaching
Knowledge in Nutrition to support client health and performance goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
Ability to tailor programs based on individual client needs and physical capabilities
Certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or relevant field
Experience working with athletes or individuals in sports-related fitness is a plus
