Vice President – Internal Operations (Brooklyn-Based, In-Office)Mission:Own and optimize internal operations – with a particular focus on dispatching, customer service, and software enablement. This role is central to driving service efficiency, scaling the team, and building the infrastructure that powers our growth.What We’re Looking For:• Deep dispatching and scheduling expertise in healthcare or high-volume field services.• Strong technical fluency – able to work with APIs software vendors, and in-house developers.• Project management chops to lead a mega-project: design and implement new dispatch software to replace current system.• Hands-on, process-minded builder who can create policies, improve workflows, and implement KPIs.• Experienced people leader – able to grow and manage dispatcher and customer service teams.• Strategic thinker who can integrate internal functions with sales, external ops, and IT.• Must be Brooklyn-based, in-office, driving the cultural shift back to collaborative teamwork.Key Early Priorities:• Launch and oversee the new dispatch software project.• Build scalable policies and KPIs for dispatcher and customer service teams.• Improve cross-department collaboration and service levels
