Clinical Manager - Home HealthPosition OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our home health operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of our home health agencySupervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and home health aidesDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulationsMonitor and maintain quality assurance and performance improvement programsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plansConduct regular staff meetings and in-service training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledgeManage patient caseloads and assign appropriate staff to meet patient needsReview and analyze clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessParticipate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the agencyManage the agency's clinical budget and resources effectivelyServe as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providersInvestigate and resolve patient complaints and concernsEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentialityStay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in home health careParticipate in on-call rotation as neededQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institutionCurrent, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practiceMinimum of 5 years of experience in home health careAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within home healthProficiency in Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processesStrong understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 codingExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsProficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office suiteValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred:Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related fieldCertification in Home Health Nursing (HCS-D) or Case Management (CCM)Experience with quality assurance and performance improvement programs
