From supervising operators to proactively coordinating with cross-functional departments, you will help ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes.

- Working Condition:
- This position operates on a 4-on, 4-off rotation schedule with 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous 24/7 operations.
- Shift Type: Day Shift & Nigh Shift, 4 Days On & 4 Days Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM // 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Hourly Rate: [Day] $25 // [Night] $26
Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Management & Operations
- Attendance & Manpower Allocation: Monitor operator attendance and strategically assign tasks based on skill levels to optimize line flow.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise operators’ work attitudes and real-time performance; provide immediate on-site coaching and feedback to maintain high productivity.
- Break Time Management: Ensure operators strictly adhere to designated break schedules to minimize line downtime and maintain operational consistency.
Safety & Compliance (EHS)
- PPE Compliance: Strictly enforce safety protocols by verifying that all personnel wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including Safety Vests and Steel Toe Shoes.
- SOP Adherence: Monitor and guide operators to ensure all tasks are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines.
Issue Resolution & Cross-functional Coordination
- Technical & Material Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact when issues arise (e.g., material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or manpower deficits). Coordinate immediately with the Warehouse, Maintenance teams, or external vendors to resolve bottlenecks.
- Incident Reporting: Immediately escalate significant line issues or safety incidents to upper management according to the established reporting hierarchy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in team leadership, line coordination, or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of automated production lines and industrial safety standards.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and vendors.
- Flexibility: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a 4-day rotation schedule (including nights and weekends).
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce with a firm yet professional approach.
