As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to onboard top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and lay the foundation for a scalable hiring organization.
The Role: Where Strategy Meets Execution
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting—driving candidate pipelines, closing high-impact hires, and building the systems and team needs to scale recruiting across new markets.
You’ll be based out of our Chicago headquarters, working in-office and partnering closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals.
What You’ll Achieve: Your impact at Bee Line
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding)
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
- Create and manage job postings that attract top candidates
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Extend offers and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and track recruiting metrics
- Help continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, team events, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace environment
- Partner with leadership to enhance the employee experience through onboarding, feedback initiatives, and engagement activities
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and hiring best practices
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
