Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Wednesday 6am-8pm & Thursday-Saturday 6am-1pm.

Position Overview:     

Clinical Safety Officers provide a welcoming presence while ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient screening process for all who enter the facility.     

Key Responsibilities:         

• Maintain a professional, approachable presence while ensuring the integrity of security screening protocols.     
• Assist clinical personnel and visitors with directions, information, and customer service support.     
• Respond appropriately to system alerts and escalate concerns to hospital security leadership or law enforcement as needed.     
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) documenting incidents, unusual activity, and security observations.     
• Maintain compliance with all client-specific and company operational procedures.     

Qualifications:     

• Active perc (Permanent Employee Registration card)
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.     
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.     
• Ability to stand for extended periods while monitoring security screening equipment.
