Location: Prescott Valley, AZ
Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour (DOE)
Bonus: $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on oxygen therapy, ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP equipment, and prescribed treatments
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
- Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders
- Provide follow-up care and patient support
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and referral sources
- Deliver exceptional patient-focused care throughout Northern Arizona
Required Qualifications
- Active RRT, CRT, or RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience
- Respiratory Therapy experience
- Ventilator experience
- One year or more of clinical experience

- Peeples Valley
- Surrounding Northern Arizona communities
Candidates living within 30 miles of Prescott Valley are strongly preferred.
