P3SG is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a long-term contract opportunity at a respected Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR. This assignment offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to helping patients restore mobility, strength, and independence.
Experience in Rehabilitation, SNF, Post-Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, Orthopedics, or Neurological Therapy is highly preferred.

Local Candidates (Within 50 Miles)
- Up to $57.50/Hour
Travelers (50 Miles from Facility)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians as permitted by state regulations
- Participate in care planning meetings and patient progress reviews
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Oregon PT License or Ability to Obtain Prior to Start
- Strong Clinical Assessment and Treatment Planning Skills
- Excellent Communication and Documentation Abilities
- Ability to Thrive in a Collaborative Rehabilitation Environment
