This role oversees daily operations, ensures efficient scheduling, monitors technician performance, and drives customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage the service department, including daily ticket/job reviews with technicians.Ensure technicians have the proper parts, tools, and equipment for each job.Assign appropriate technicians to specific jobs and maintain an accurate schedule.Coordinate with Dispatch to optimize workflow.Monitor technician time, productivity, and job completion.Track special parts orders and schedule work accordingly.Use ServiceTitan to chart technician efficiency, total sales, billable hours vs. hours worked.Oversee technician time tracking for payroll purposes.Qualifications:High school diploma required; college degree a plus.Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred.5 years of service manager experience or equivalent.Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM/software.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Compensation: $75,000–$100,000
