Must Have: Plumbing experience and a Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners Tradesman or Journeyman License.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to identify and sell service options
Experienced in selling water heaters and water softeners
Own hand tools and valid driver’s license
Able to lift 80 lbs and work in tight spaces
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and appliances
Read blueprints and ensure code compliance
Provide quotes and present service options to customers
Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain clean work areas
Ask for customer reviews and referrals
Skills & Traits:
Proficient with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems
Technical competence and problem-solving ability
Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
Sales skills with the ability to present multiple options
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
