📍 Location: Forsyth, Winston-Salem, NC
Forsyth Septic & Rooter Service is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, supporting the office team, and managing Port-a-Jon services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone.
Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
Manage all Port-a-Jon scheduling, pick-up, set-out, cleaning, and billing.
Be first in line to answer all Port-a-Jon calls and assist with calls across other business lines.
Maintain customer records and update ServiceTitan CRM systems.
Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
