Product Ownership & Strategy
Own the Core HR Recruiting product portfolio
Define roadmap across:
Hire Onboard Manage Exit lifecycle
Align with enterprise priorities (scale, experience, compliance)
Domain Expertise
Deep knowledge of:
Core HR (worker data, org structures, business processes)
Recruiting workflows (sourcing offer hire)
Simplify complex workflows and eliminate friction
Experience & Journey Design
Redesign moments that matter:
Hiring manager experience
Candidate experience
Employee lifecycle events
Drive self-service and automation-first mindset
Solutioning & Delivery
Work closely with:
Solution engineers
Integration teams
Lead design and prototyping of:
Recruiting workflows
Core HR processes
Ensure scalable and reusable configurations
AI & Automation
Drive:
AI-enabled recruiting (screening, matching)
