Conduct risk assessments, identify project dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and compliance standards across multiple workstreams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate requirements gathering, change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
