We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Reconcile all finances for executed Speakers Bureau programs.
- Focus on receipt reconciliation, travel reconciliations, speaker expenses, and fulfillment (FedEx) reconciliation.
- Handle honoraria reports and payments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in financial software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- This is a hybrid position requiring one day a week in the office.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
