Responsibilities:
- Handle and prepare high quality ingredients for use in the kitchen.
- Read Tickets and assemble our delicious angus beef burgers and bag them up for the guest.
- Keep the Kitchen and Back of House clean and stocked.
- Communicate with the Kitchen crew about Prep. needs and restock or prepare more as needed.
- Must have a food handler’s permit
- Be able to stand up for 8-10 hours
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Have a Guest First Mentality
