What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at P:M Recruits?
Terrific South Florida firm seeks litigation attorney with at least 4 years of experience for their Miami office. Outstanding opportunity for an attorney to break into real estate law. The firm is one of SFLA's premiere firms for real estate law and the position is a mix of commercial & real estate litigation. Wonderful firm for long term/career development. Mentorship and owners who will care to help you grow as an attorney and learn to attract clientele.
Firm is open to attorneys who are more experienced and may have some business as well, but they need attorneys with at least 4 or so years of litigation (no trial experience needed, but depositions, etc., yes). Firm has a relatively strict base salary of max 150k (if you have no business of your own), but bonuses throughout the year (when team wins, but also other possibly structured case managment bonuses). Great place to ride coattails of former judges. Very hard to get into commercial/real estate! Here's a wonderful opportunity with nice people.
